- Introduction
Welcome to RatingsBuzz ("App") developed by Acuite Ratings & Research Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your use of our App and Services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.
- Scope of Services
RatingsBuzz offers access to credit rating reports, rating actions, and related financial data through mobile and web platforms.
- Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements.
- License & Access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. All content, software, and trademarks remain our property.
- User Responsibilities
You must not misuse the App, violate laws, reverse engineer content, impersonate others, or post harmful content.
- User-Generated Content (UGC)
- You retain ownership of your UGC, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, modify, distribute, and display it within the App and associated services
- We reserve the right to remove or modify any UGC at our discretion particularly if it violates these Terms or applicable law.
- If you believe any UGC infringes your rights, you may notify us, and we will act in accordance with applicable laws.
- Analytics & Data Collection
We may collect usage analytics to improve the App. This may include anonymized interaction data (e.g., screen views, button taps, session length). We do not track personal information without explicit consent and retain strict security practices.
Data is used only for service improvement and aggregated insight, never for personal identification or third-party profiling.
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what is collected, how it is used, and your rights to access, correct, or delete your data.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features or the App at any time. Your continued use after updates implies acceptance of updated Terms.

The App and content do not represent or warrant that the Services / Content are free of inaccuracies, errors, bugs, or interruptions, or are reliable, accurate, complete or otherwise valid. The services are provided "as is" with no warranty, express or implied, of any kind.
- Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from your use or inability to use the App.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
- Dispute Resolution
This Agreement and the rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without giving effect to principles of conflict of laws. The parties hereby agree that any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, shall be settled by a reference to the MD & CEO of Acuité, whose decision shall be final and binding on all the parties.
- Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice for violations of these Terms.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes that cannot be resolved via arbitration.
- Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always appear in the App or on our website. Continued use implies acceptance.
